Uber Connecticut calls off its cars for storm

The folks over at Uber seem to be taking Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s travel ban to heart. I just got an email that the taxi company will pull all its drivers off the road beginning at 9 p.m. when the travel ban goes into effect.

And even after the travel ban is lifted, you can expect increased fares as long as the State of Emergency continues on for. Here’s a screen grab of the email they just sent out to their Connecticut customers:
